Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only offer online therapy in British Columbia?
While I’m based in British Columbia, I also offer online therapy to clients across Ontario as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
In addition to BC and Ontario, I provide virtual counselling in unregulated provinces and territories such as Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, where therapist registration is not legally required. This allows me to extend trauma-informed, evidence-based online mental health support to a wider range of individuals across Canada.
If you're unsure whether you're eligible to work with me based on your location, feel free to get in touch—I'd be happy to clarify.
What types of issues do you support in therapy?
I work with adults and couples navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, low-self-esteem, burnout, and major life transitions.
For individuals, my focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and build resilience. For couples, I offer relationship counselling to support healthier communication, emotional connection, and conflict resolution. Whether you're facing long-standing issues or navigating a current challenge, couples therapy can help foster understanding and rebuild trust.
My approach is trauma-informed, combining evidence-based practices with real-life experience to offer personalized, compassionate mental health support.
